Hannah Paull

Hannah Paull is a co-director at Marchford and her main role in the company is operational and she enjoys working on client cases. 

A trained accountant with over 25 years experience, including lecturing the AAT accounting qualification, Hannah particularly enjoys helping company directors after her own family was unexpectedly subjected to an insolvency situation and she found herself on a steep learning curve. 

Outside of work Hannah enjoys the company of family and friends, which is usually accompanied with some wine. 

Lee Penton

With a first class honours degree in graphic design and over 15 years experience in online marketing, Lee has a proven track record of helping companies grow and generate revenue online in the insolvency sector.

Heading up our marketing department, Lee helps Marchford reach directors of struggling limited companies who may need our specialist help.

Lee also has a keen interest in problem solving and works hard to ensure that our internal systems and processes are simple and easy to navigate for our clients.

Pete Nowlan

Pete Nowlan is the Senior Client Manager at Marchford who’s role is to manage the client’s case from Onboarding to Closure, leading his team of Client Administrators. 

Pete worked in the Corporate Communication industry in senior roles in both Sales and Business Management over 30 years. He has more recently used all his learnt knowledge and skills in a small local firm dealing with SME customers. 

He loves spending time walking, loves music and good food. He is also Chair of Governors at his local Primary School for over 15 years.  

Jonathan Mills

Jonathan is an experienced business advisor. His main role at Marchford is to assess our clients’ businesses and guide each of them during the initial stages of their engagement with us.

Jonathan has built and managed multiple businesses in his lengthy career and offers a thorough understanding of the stress and challenges often faced by directors, coupled with an empathy and a genuine desire to help.

Jonathan has lifelong interest in the motor industry and races both on track and off road with international teams. Just occasionally he can found relaxing but only when he’s dog sitting for his friends. 

Jacob Craig

Our Client Manager Jacob has the role of ensuring our clients have the best journey with us to dissolution. He is very customer centric and will make sure client satisfaction is at the heart of everything he does for the client. 

In his short working life so far, Jacob has already been exposed to management, recruitment and our industry. He is a whizz with IT so can always be called upon to fix any issue. 

He loves walking his dog, has a keen interest in history and is an avid gamer.
